You could stand with the crowd of “righteous” ones quoting scripture.

Or you could stand with the “sinners” being rejected.

All of scripture is summed up in the simple statement: do what LOVE demands of you.

If you find yourself quoting scripture and acting unloving, something’s gone wrong.

Jesus scattered the “righteous” crowd that surrounded the woman caught in adultery.

Jesus slipped past the adoring crowd of “believers” to eat in the home of Zacchaeus, the traitorous tax collector.

Jesus touched the sick, and He let prostitutes touch Him.

He was called a friend of sinners.

Who do I stand with?

With Jesus… and His friends.

Love attacks sin like nothing else can.
